Data privacy policy

When you use our Internet pages, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done. This declaration applies to the website www.ediartinfo.ch. It should be noted that links to other websites, for which different data protection rules may apply, are possible. The contents of our website and the goods and services offered on it are directed exclusively at persons n Switzerland. In this respect, this data protection declaration is subject to Swiss law. Insofar as provisions of the European Union (EU), in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) should nevertheless apply, these will also be taken into account. 1. collected data When collecting and processing personal data, we always comply with the legal requirements of the applicable data protection laws. 1.1 General collection Our Internet pages collect a series of general data with each call. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. The following data is collected: - IP address - date and time of the request - time zone difference to GMT time zone - content of the request - access status/http status code - respective amount of data transferred - internet page from which the request originated - browser (incl. language and version) - operating system.

When using this general data, no assignment to a specific person takes place. The collection of this data is based on our legitimate overriding interests (Article 13 (1) of the Federal Data Protection Act [DSG] or Article 6 (1) f DSGVO) and is technically necessary to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security.

1.2 Contacting us
If you contact us via the e-mail address provided, we will always treat the data you provide in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data you provide will be used exclusively to process your request. The processing of your data is based on our legitimate overriding interests to respond to your request (Art. 13 para. 1 DSG or Art. 6 para. 1 let. f DSGVO). If the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the data processing is the initiation of the contract (Art. 13 para. 1 DSG or Art. 6 para. 1 let. b DSGVO).

Our website uses so-called cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer and can be retrieved there. 3. google fonts 
We use Google Fonts on our website, "fonts" of the company Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The use of Google Fonts allows us to access a wide range of fonts and display them on our website. Google Fonts are considered reliable in their display and are recognized across platforms. When you visit our website, the fonts are reloaded via a Google server. Through this external call, the data mentioned in section 1.1 of this declaration is transmitted to Google servers, which are located in the USA, among other places. Google processes this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on user activities and to provide other services associated with website and internet use. Google may pass this information on to third parties. The use of Google Fonts is based on our legitimate overriding interests in making our website more user-friendly by improving loading times, enabling optimized findability by search engines and providing a uniform display across devices (Art. 13 (1) DSG and Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO). Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby guarantees to comply with a level of data protection appropriate to European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). 4. social media plug-ins and tools We currently use the social media plug-ins and tools contained in the following table. When visiting our websites, the data mentioned in section 1.1 of this declaration may be transmitted to the plug-in providers without further ado. The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures of the plug-in providers. These are subject to the respective data protection declarations of the third-party providers. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the privacy statements of these providers communicated below. 5. data transfer

We may pass on personal data for processing or involve third parties for order processing. These are subject to the same strict data protection provisions.

6. duration of storage 
The personal data that we process about you within the framework of our web presence will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. A storage can take place beyond that, if this is prescribed by law. Blocking or deletion of data can also be postponed until the expiry of the relevant limitation and retention periods and provided that the data is still required for the conclusion or performance of a contract.


6. your rights 
You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to the personal data concerning you: - Right to information, - Right to correction or deletion, - Right to restriction of processing, - Right to object to processing.
If data processing on our website is based on your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons for the future. In order to process your requests to exercise your rights, it may be necessary for you to identify yourself so that we can clearly identify you. To exercise your rights, please send an e-mail to info(at)cpkreativ.ch. In Switzerland, there is no right of appeal to a supervisory authority. If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, there is a right of appeal to the competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. data security To protect your data, we have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. Please note that communication by e-mail, fax, cell phones or Internet applications involves risks such as the possibility of viewing the content of the message, its modification or loss. We do not accept any liability for this.
